Ideally located for cycling and walking the Tennyson Trail is closey by which runs over the downs, into Freshwater Bay and to the Needles. Set in the heart of Yarmouth’s countryside the centre of Yarmouth is within easy reach just 10 minutes away. The popular surfing beaches, Brook and Compton are just 1.5 miles away.
